- Earn 2 Le Club Accorhotels points for each euro spent at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and Adagio hotels (except Adagio Access).
Would you rather work in dollars? USD 10 spent (*) will earn you 14 Le Club Accorhotels points.
- Earn 1 Le Club Accorhotels point for each euro spent at ibis (except ibis budget) and ibis Styles hotels.
- Earn 2 Le Club Accorhotels points for every euro spent in Thalassa Sea and Spa institutes if you are staying in a Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel or Mercure hotel.
- Earn 1 Le Club Accorhotels point for every euro spent in Thalassa Sea and Spa institutes if you are staying in an ibis (except ibis budget) or ibis Styles hotel..
In ibis hotels in France, only weekend stays (stays which include at least a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night) can accrue Le Club Accorhotels points.
Le Club Accorhotels Silver members earn 50% extra Le Club Accorhotels points, Gold members 75% extra, and Platinum members 100% — double Le Club Accorhotels points.

This tab lists all of your reservations and other operations made with your Le Club Accorhotels card (Le Club Accorhotels rewards e-voucher orders and partner vouchers, Le Club Accorhotels points conversion into airline miles...).

How many rooms can be credited to one card for a stay?

Up to 2 rooms may be credited to one card on the condition that the member stays in one of those rooms, that the second room be occupied by at least one of the member's children, and that the member pays all charges related to both rooms upon checkout.

If I stay in an Accor hotel, can I earn airline miles with my Le Club Accorhotels card?

When you stay in an Accor hotel, you will only earn Le Club Accorhotels points. However, you then have the option of converting your Le Club Accorhotels points into airline miles.

How long does it take for my Le Club Accorhotels points to be credited to my account after staying in a hotel?

Your Le Club Accorhotels points will be credited to your Le Club Accorhotels account within 10 days of staying in an Accor hotel and 6 weeks for partner offers. If your Le Club Accorhotels points have not been credited after this time, please send us the details using the Le Club Accorhotels complaints form in the Help and Contact section.

How do I use my Le Club Accorhotels points?

Starting with 2,000 points, get a 40€ / 60 US$ discount for:
- Booking your stays on-line: login to your account and choose your stay. Your available points balance is shown automatically.
- Converting your Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers to take advantage of discounts directly at our hotels (or passing the benefit on to another person). Valid in euros or US dollars, these vouchers are accepted without restriction at all hotels participating in the program.
- Convert your Le Club Accorhotels points into airline miles from a long list of airline loyalty programs, or convert them into Shell ClubSmart points.

How many types of Le Club Accorhotels rewards voucher are there?

There are two types of Le Club Accorhotels rewards voucher: hotel vouchers (in electronic format) and partner vouchers (in paper format).

Are my Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel vouchers and my Le Club Accorhotels rewards partner vouchers interchangeable?

Please note that hotel vouchers are not valid with our partners. Likewise, partner vouchers are not a valid payment method for stays in participating Accor hotels.

Can I give Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers as gifts?

Yes, your vouchers are transferable and are not registered to your name. You can give your hotel vouchers or your partner vouchers to people who are not program members.

I have an airline loyalty card; can I transfer my Le Club Accorhotels points to this account?

Of course! You have the option of transferring your Le Club Accorhotels points to your "Frequent Flyer" account with a selection of airline companies. To do this, simply click on the Convert my points into airline miles section in your profile, then convert your Le Club Accorhotels points into airline miles.

How do I set up my account to convert my points into airline miles automatically?

To transfer your Le Club Accorhotels points to an airline loyalty program automatically, click on the Activate/Deactivate automatic conversion of my points into airline miles link in your profile. Select option 2, complete the information about your FFP card, and then validate.

My wife and I both have Le Club Accorhotels cards; can we merge our accounts?

It is not possible to combine two accounts if they have been registered in two different names.

How do I use my points to book my stay on-line?

Using Le Club Accorhotels points when making my reservation

You may use your Le Club Accorhotels points online to pay for all or part of your stay.
The total amount for your stay, including taxes, must be greater than or equal to the number of points converted (2,000 points = 40 €).
However, reservations for non-cancellable and non-modifiable rates must be paid in part by credit card.
You may use your Le Club Accorhotels points to make reservations on these sites: accorhotels.com, sofitel.com, pullmanhotels.com, mgallery.com, novotel.com, suitenovotel.com, mercure.com, ibishotel.com, ibisstyles.com, and adagio.com, as well as via the Accor telephone reservation center.

How many points do I need on my account to benefit from this advantage?

- You need at least 2,000 points when you make the reservation.
- Le Club Accorhotels points are used in multiples of 2,000 points (for example: if you have 4,540 points in your account, you may use 4,000 points).
- You may use up to 1,000,000 points per reservation.

What should I do if I don't have enough points to book my stay?

You must use another payment method to cover the price difference, either online or at the hotel, according to the terms of the booked rate.

Will I earn Le Club Accorhotels points when I use my points to make a reservation?

The portion of your invoice that is paid using Le Club Accorhotels points is not eligible for earning points. The remainder of invoiced services are eligible, according to the rules defined in the program's general terms and conditions.

If I cancel my stay, do I lose my points?

Your points will be credited back to your valid Le Club Accorhotels account in the following cases:
- Cancellation of a reservation for technical reasons, payment failure or rejection.
- Cancellation of a reservation before the date of the stay, for cancellable and modifiable rates.
- Modification of the reservation involving fewer Le Club Accorhotels points than used for the initial reservation, for cancellable and modifiable rates.
- No-show at the hotel for cancellable and modifiable rates (the amount for the first night will be invoiced).
Your points will not be credited back to your account for non-modifiable and non-reimbursable reservations, even in case of cancellation.

Your Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel voucher is valid if printed on white paper, unused on both sides, with no modification to the print size, in black and white or in color, in portrait format, with a laser or ink jet printer.

You can print your voucher up until the end validity date, i.e. six months from the order date, on any computer connected to the Internet and a standard printer.

You can print your documents as many times as you like by signing in to your profile and clicking on the View my hotel vouchers link.

Can I ask for my Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel voucher to be prepared at the hotel reception?

No, our teams are not able to sign in to member accounts. They therefore cannot print your Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel voucher or find out the number of any vouchers ordered online for any given member.

Can I pay for my stay in advance online using my Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel vouchers?

Le Club Accorhotels rewards hotel vouchers can only be used for payments made at the hotel. Vouchers cannot be used for either part or full advanced payment for a stay, nor to guarantee a reservation.

Can I receive a tax deduction?

Yes, but only if your fiscal domicile is in France. Your tax receipt will be sent by the Institut Pasteur.
For example, if you donate EUR 80 (4000 Le Club Accorhotels points) to the Institut Pasteur, EUR 53 will be deducted from your income tax. In reality, your donation will only cost you EUR 27.
If you are liable for ISF (French Wealth Tax), you can benefit from a deduction of 75% of the amount of your donation. Please note, income tax and ISF reductions are not cumulative.

How do I receive my tax receipt?

The Institut Pasteur will send you your tax receipt. A tax receipt will be sent for each donation you make within three weeks of making the donation. For example, if a member makes five donations during the course of the year, they will receive five tax receipts.

When you join the Le Club Accorhotels program you can access different statuses. Your status is determined by your account activity over a 12-month (365-day) period.
Your status changes when you fulfill the conditions described below. You retain this status for a 12-month (365-day) period. If, at the end of these 12 months, you again fulfill the status conditions, it will be renewed for another 12 months (365 days). If you no longer fulfill the conditions during the following 12 months, you will be awarded the status corresponding to your activity. The card corresponding to your new status is sent to you immediately.
The Program rewards allocation rules are linked to your status on the date of stay (check-in date). Program benefits are only granted to you if the corresponding stay is eligible, i.e. it entitles you to earn Le Club Accorhotels points.
